Welcome to Velana.ai! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile application ("Velana") operated by Velana.ai Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING VELANA.

Velana.ai is an AI-powered fitness, running, and lifestyle recommendation application. It is NOT a medical device, nor does it provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The suggestions, training plans, running workouts, and nutrition insights generated by the AI are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician before starting any training program, diet, or lifestyle change, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, or injuries.
• Always listen to your body. If you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or shortness of breath while training, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• You use the recommendations and plans provided by Velana.ai entirely at your own risk.

To use our services, you must sign up for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via Firebase Auth) and for all activities that occur under your account.

During our beta phase, we may charge fee(s) to grant early access via TestFlight. All billing is handled by Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by local consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to modify pricing or suspend beta access with notice.

Your download, installation, and use of Velana on Apple devices are subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference, unless superseded by a separate written agreement between you and Velana.ai Ltd. You agree to comply with all applicable App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the AI models, backend API, or source code.
• Use the service to spam, harass, or submit inappropriate or offensive content.
• Attempt to breach the security or database integrity of Cosmos DB, Firebase, or other infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velana.ai Ltd and its officers, employees, or AI providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to injuries, physical harm, data loss, or system downtime.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.
