Welcome to Velana AI Fit Coach! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velana AI Fit Coach application and website operated by Velana.ai Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING VELANA AI FIT COACH.

Velana AI Fit Coach is an AI-powered fitness, running, and lifestyle recommendation application. It is NOT a medical device, nor does it provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The suggestions, training plans, running workouts, and nutrition insights generated by the AI are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician before starting any training program, diet, or lifestyle change, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, or injuries.
• Always listen to your body. If you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or shortness of breath while training, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• You use the recommendations and plans provided by Velana AI Fit Coach entirely at your own risk.

To use our services, you must sign up for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via Firebase Auth) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Velana AI Fit Coach offers auto-renewable subscriptions and paid plans. Billing is processed through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) or Stripe depending on your platform. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings or App Account Management view.

Your download, installation, and use of Velana AI Fit Coach on iOS/Apple devices are subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

To ensure reliable performance, service stability, and protect against abusive usage, interactive AI conversations and generation features are subject to dynamic usage limits (Fair Use Policy) calculated over rolling time windows (such as 5-hour and weekly periods).

• Your current usage percentage and automatic reset schedule are displayed directly in the Manage Account section of the app.
• If a limit is reached, AI chat interactions will be temporarily paused until the rolling window automatically resets.
• We reserve the right to dynamically adjust limit thresholds to maintain high service availability for all users.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the AI models, backend API, or source code.
• Use the service to spam, harass, or submit inappropriate or offensive content.
• Attempt to breach the security or database integrity of the platform infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velana.ai Ltd and its officers, employees, or AI providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to physical injuries, health issues, data loss, or system downtime.

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided solely for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
